By using this website or submitting your vehicle details, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

2. Our Service<\/h2>\n

We provide a vehicle purchasing service for motorhomes, campervans, caravans and related leisure vehicles throughout the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

We may purchase vehicles of any age, mileage or condition, including non-runners, damaged vehicles, MOT failures and vehicles with outstanding finance.<\/p>\n

Submission of a valuation request does not guarantee that we will make an offer to purchase your vehicle.<\/p>\n

3. Vehicle Valuations<\/h2>\n

Any valuation provided via our website, telephone, email or messaging service is:<\/p>\n

  • Free of charge<\/li>\n
  • Subject to inspection<\/li>\n
  • Based on the information supplied by the seller<\/li>\n
  • Non-binding until confirmed in writing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Final purchase prices may change if the vehicle differs from the description provided.<\/p>\n

    Examples include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

    • Undisclosed damage<\/li>\n
    • Mechanical faults<\/li>\n
    • Accident history<\/li>\n
    • Incorrect mileage<\/li>\n
    • Outstanding finance<\/li>\n
    • Missing documentation<\/li>\n
    • Poor condition not disclosed at valuation stage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Ownership & Seller Responsibility<\/h2>\n

      By selling a vehicle to us, you confirm that:<\/p>\n

      • You are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorised to sell it<\/li>\n
      • All information supplied is accurate to the best of your knowledge<\/li>\n
      • The vehicle is not stolen or subject to undisclosed finance or legal dispute<\/li>\n
      • You have disclosed any known faults or defects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        You agree to provide valid identification and ownership documentation where requested.<\/p>\n

        5. Outstanding Finance<\/h2>\n

        We may purchase vehicles with outstanding finance.<\/p>\n

        Where finance exists:<\/p>\n

        • Settlement figures must be accurate and up to date<\/li>\n
        • Finance may be settled directly with the lender<\/li>\n
        • Any remaining balance will be paid to the seller once settlement is complete<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          We reserve the right to decline any purchase involving unresolved finance issues.<\/p>\n

          6. Collection & Payment<\/h2>\n

          Vehicle collections are arranged by appointment only.<\/p>\n

          Payment will normally be made by bank transfer.<\/p>\n

          Funds must be cleared before ownership is transferred and before the vehicle is released.<\/p>\n

          We reserve the right to refuse collection or amend an offer if the vehicle condition materially differs from the original description.<\/p>\n

          7. Cancellation<\/h2>\n

          Either party may withdraw from the transaction at any time before payment is made and ownership is transferred.<\/p>\n

          We reserve the right to cancel any proposed purchase without explanation.<\/p>\n

          8. Website Information<\/h2>\n

          Whilst we make every effort to ensure information on this website is accurate, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free.<\/p>\n

          9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n
